Runli founded AI Dionic in March 2024 following a successful career in cybersecurity. Her 16 years experience spans across payment service industry, gaming, insurance and high tech sectors.

She held leadership roles at FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies, formerly working as CISO at Gett, Valarian, and the Global Head of Digital Cybersecurity Initiatives at Marsh McLennan.

Named a Top 30 UK CISO in 2022 by CSO Online, Runli is a thought leader with deep expertise in AI and cybersecurity. She has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Surrey specialising in Natural Language Processing.

As a leader in AI Engineering, John specialises in designing and building complex Agentic AI systems. He actively shares his expertise through his growing YouTube channel, Data-Centric, which has amassed around 12,000 subscribers.

His significant open-source contributions in Agentic AI have advanced the field. John holds a Master's degree in Operations Research, Applied Statistics, and Risk from Cardiff University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester.

He has considerable experience in developing AI solutions for the financial services sector, having collaborated with NatWest Group, RBS International, HSBC, and Shawbrook Bank.

Anthony joined AI Dionic in January 2026 as Chief Revenue Officer, leading sales and marketing and the execution of the company's go-to-market strategy.

He has an exceptional track record of taking early-stage cybersecurity companies into international markets, consistently building pipeline, winning new business, and developing partner and channel programmes that support high-growth, sustainable revenue organisations.

Anthony has held senior international sales and channel leadership roles including VP, International (EMEA) at ThreatQuotient, and EMEA Sales and Channel Director roles at Sourcefire and Cisco Security. His approach is firmly customer-centric, focused on long-term customer and partner success.

Ray joined AI Dionic Board early 2025 as the Non-Executive Director Chair to bolster the company's growth strategy. Ray brings a wealth of experience having led the Global System Integrator Division at BT Global Services.

His expertise extends to founding RJMS Services in 2016, where he provides strategic business consulting and transformational services. Ray was instrumental in helping set up global programmes on cyber resilience for the World Economic Forum and sat on the advisory board for the Information Security Forum.

With his strong background in engineering and a BA in Business Administration from Bristol, Ray is known for his philanthropic endeavours. He established the White Hat foundation in 2004 in support of ChildLine (NSPCC), which has delivered £3M in net contributions. Ray was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025.

Dr. Ali joined AI DIONIC as Board Advisor and CEO coach in January 2025. His focus is on helping the CEO and the Board to design the most effective Go-To-Market strategy.

Dr. Ali founded Aptec as a student and grew it to a $2 Billion dollar company by 2022. Following Aptec's acquisition by Ingram Micro, a $50 Billion global IT company, Dr. Ali took on the role as CEO for the META region & SVP at Ingram Micro Inc.

Ali is an inventor with several patents pending in AI and Cyber Security. He cofounded software companies including Cybral Inc, Softec, GetBee, and Aptelecom. He obtained an MSc and PhD in computer science from Imperial College London and has attended courses at Stanford University Business School.
